Yeah, I see how that could be confusing…. I’d say studying harder for an exam is usually a good idea even though worrying likely isn’t.

When it comes to sleep, I lot of people figure that thinking more about it (which often ends up being worry) is a good idea, but usually it’s counterproductive.
