Also, eager to hear your thoughts and impressions eventually about starting your own publication. Like real estate, I suppose, I’ve been tempted to dabble but ultimately it seems like a lot of work and not a high likelihood of success.

That being said, most of the small-time pubs I see struggling are in huge niches like personal development and therefore competing against pubs like the mission and personal growth.

As you mentioned in the article, though, real estate seems under-represented on Medium so maybe that’s your ace…
