Thanks man! And definitely more of a free-style thing… Almost like a “freewriting” exercise you’d do in a writing class.

But really the writing is just an anchor to help you be with your emotions rather than avoiding them. Sort of like focusing on your breath is just the anchor for your attention in mindfulness. If that makes any sense…
