As for fear and anxiety, I think you’re absolutely right that fear is no enemy because it is useful. But anxiety, by definition, is unhelpful fear. Anxiety happens when we incorrectly train our brains to be afraid of things that aren’t actually dangerous.

Hope that helps clear things up a bit.
