Really, well-done and useful piece, Nik. I think you’re onto something really psychologically profound but under-appreciated: that our stress is very often the result of real, tangible stressors in our life (ie it’s not all in our head). And that being clear-eyed about the need to manage those stressors pragmatically (rather than our stress) is the true, long-term path to a calmer, less stressful existence. 👏
